Intentional Movement

Exercise isn't about being the perfect class participant or having the perfect body.  It's about health.  It's about simply moving with intention!  My goal is to encourage you to enjoy the process, to celebrate your achievements and most importantly, to create an excellent relationship between you and your body!

Live Active

Be curious!  Rather than watch the world go round, be an active participant in this thing called life!  Do! vs. Watch!  Studies show that being involved in productive activities can keep you happy and healthy.

Clean Eating

Clean eating doesn't mean giving up all yummy-tasting foods and only eating foods that taste like cardboard!  There are a lot of rich-tasting and satisfying choices for you to enjoy! My goal is to help you find your palate's secret love for clean eating while not feeling deprived or feeling guilty when enjoying "regular" food.
